New for 2019, the CCM Super Tacks AS2 Pro JR Hockey Stick builds off the previous Super Tacks AS1 model. The Tacks AS2 Pro Stick brings back X-Flow shaft technology and Sigmatex composite material, but welcomes the all new ACU4 XX-Stiff Blade. The AS2 Pro Stick is mainly a black stick with yellow highlights, giving you a hockey stick that is as sharp aesthetically as it is snapping the puck around.
Stick Flex Profile
The AS2 Pro features a soft mid-section that allows for a longer period to store more energy. A stiff taper zone maximizes stability and response. The long loading period combined with the stability at the taper zone is ideal for heavy shooters who like to lean into their shots while maintaining maximum control of the accuracy.
Shaft Construction
CCM’s X-Flow technology is an advanced molding technology that eliminates excess resin and voids to improve the durability and reduce the overall weight of the stick.
The AS2 Pro uses X-Flow technology to provide a lightweight feel with maximum durability. The advanced compaction of the fibers provides a lightweight and well-balanced stick.
Blade Construction/Stiffness
The 2019 CCM Super Tacks AS2 Pro is CCM’s stiffest stick blade yet. An upgrade over the previous ACU3 blade, the ACU4 XX-Stick Blade utilizes lightweight construction with a tactile surface for maximum feel and shot control.
CCM once again uses their high performance Sigmatex material to provide lightweight strength and resilience. The high performance spread tow fabric features an innovative weaving process that provides superior strength while maintaining an ultra lightweight feel. A stiffer stick blade allows for maximum strength while keeping you in control of the shot.
